SHCC MU-NCORP investigator, Ashlesha Patel, MD, MPH is the Study Chair of ECOG E1Q11 (EROS): Engendering Reproductive Health Within Oncologic Survivorship and our Administrator, Erika Radeke, MS is a Study Co-Chair.
In Addendum 13, the sample size for ECOG E1Q11 was re-calculated from 668 to 425. On 4/28/2021, the accrual goal was exceeded nationally (434 patients accrued) and the study was closed. Data from the primary and secondary endpoints is expected to be analyzed by the end of 2021, and once approved, we will begin work on the final manuscript. Follow-up will continue for two years on the endocrine disruption and sexual function ancillary studies.
