Erika K. Radeke, MS is the Administrative Director for the Stroger Hospital of Cook County Minority-Underserved NCI Community Oncology Program (SHCC MU-NCORP). Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in non-profit management and a Master of Science Degree in public service management with a focus on healthcare administration. She also received a certificate in Healthcare Change Management.

She is responsible for NCORP programmatic operations including regulatory compliance, strategic development, staff and project development, and grant acquisition and management. Together with the PI and Associate PI, she provides leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program expansion and new projects.

She is a study Co-chair for national, multi-center oncologic and reproductive health clinical trial (E1Q11: Engendering Reproductive Health in Oncologic Survivorship) and serves as the clinical trials coordinator for the Cook County Health, American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer-accredited Cancer Committee. She serves as a co-lead for the National Cancer Institute Disparities Integration Emphasis Group and is a member of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Community Cancer Core Committee and the NRG Oncology Prevention and Control Committee.
